Willow Jarosh is a registered dietitian-nutritionist, co-author of the Healthy, Happy Pregnancy Cookbook, and founder of Willow Jarosh Nutrition, an NYC-based culinary nutrition company and private practice. Willow specializes in the Intuitive Eating style of nutrition coaching and takes an individualized approach to each client, respecting where they’ve been, truly listening to where they are, and forming a team to fully envision where they are going. She also works with food/lifestyle brands and the media to help them get their messaging out in ways that don’t contribute to diet culture. Willow is a media spokesperson and has been featured in numerous national health and lifestyle magazines and web and TV shows, including Today and Fox & Friends as well as magazines like Fitness, Good Housekeeping, Better Homes and Gardens, SHAPE, Consumer Reports, and more. Willow holds a master’s degree in Nutrition Communications from Tufts University. She grew up in New Mexico and now lives in NYC with her husband, cat, and 15 month old.
