I am a psychotherapist working with individuals and couples coping with a range of issues, including maternal wellness, anxiety, relational issues, life transitions, self-esteem and chronic illness.

I use a variety of therapeutic techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness and support of the mind-body connection tailored to my client’s individual needs. I earned my master’s degree from Columbia School of Social Work, worked at Mount Sinai Hospital and completed advanced clinical training at the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Through therapy, my clients are empowered to connect with their strengths, their stories and their unique abilities to lead fulfilling and meaningful lives.
