Hi there, I’m Chloe! After 8+ years of experience working with newborns and children as a nanny and Postpartum Doula, I realized just how important and powerful sleep is to the health of little ones and their parents. About 3 years ago my sister was struggling with sleepless nights with her 4.5 month old twins. After spending hours Googling, “how to extend baby naps” and “teach baby to fall asleep independently”, I helped her implement a plan by a sleep expert that had long lasting effects on her twins’, and her whole family’s, sleep health and well being. Seeing first hand what a difference the proper amount of sleep had on her family, I became passionate about helping others get better sleep!

Little brains, nervous systems, immune systems, and everything in between crave and need healthy sleep to properly develop. So then why does it seem like so many kiddos are constantly fighting it?
